During our strategic pivot towards mutual funds, I identified a core user problem through interviews and support tickets: users didn't know what to buy, when to sell, or which funds to pick for their goals.
Working as the solo PM with 2 engineers and 1 designer, I chose a basket-based approach to allow users to invest in diversified portfolios that could be adjusted over time based on specific goals like retirement, house purchase, or emergency funds.

Led end-to-end product development including user research, requirement documentation, wireframing, and stakeholder coordination. Given our small team size, I had to balance feature scope with technical bandwidth.
